22 year old, Laura Welsh, was raised in Staffordshire, but is now based in London & has recently graduated from the British Academy Of New Music with a diploma in contemporary popular music, having studied for 2 years in Birmingham and finishing her final year in London.
Having met Tom & Jack, the band was first formed as an acoustic three-piece & toured with Ben's Brother and Newton Faulkner, before, more recently, adding a rhythm section to become a full-on, electric 5-piece.
Jim & Tom originally come from Leeds, Jack from the Home Counties and Conrad from Zimbabwe. Jim & Tom are still at the Institute Of Contemporary Music in Kilburn, London, studying for their music degree.
All members were drawn together out of a passion for Blues, Soul & Rock.
The London-based 5-piece kicked off the New Year with their debut EP, with lead track, 'Love Live On!' released on indie label, Smack Records.
Laura has been writing with Guy Chambers and will also be writing with Mick Cooke from Belle & Sebastian.
Lead track here, is co-written with multi-platinum US writer, Wayne Cohen.
